Ideal for coaches who want the best for their team! You worry about the X's and O's and I will get them ready physically! I will come to your practice to run warm-up, athletic training drills, or strength and conditioning for your team. I will work with the coaching staff to determine the team’s goals and needs, and design a program to maximize performance.Online Consulting: Don't live in Orange County but still need some help?  That's where technology comes in!  Sign up for remote training with Kelly Performance and we will have phone/FaceTime/Skype contact, email questions any time, I will write your daily workouts, and you'll have access to all exercise videos.
